2025-2026 Head Coach
Jason Browning
Jason has been riding with Roseville High School MTB for a few seasons, initially as a coach, then Team Director, and now as head coach. Before that he worked with Granite Bay High School's Junior Development Team (Middle School program) before NICA started to incorporate them. Jason started riding and racing mountain bikes in High School back in the early 1990's, racing through NORBA. He's joined in riding pursuits by both of his sons .
They are all excited to be a part of another awesome year of RHS MTB!

2025-2026 Team Directors
Jesse & Veronica Barber
Riding brings joy to the whole family!
Jesse has been an avid cyclist and mountain biker for over 15 years. He originally began riding with his two brothers and has increased his riding circle quite a bit over the years making many new friends along the way.
Veronica is new to the sport, but has learned many new skills in a short time and really enjoys the flowy trails. She also loves watching the riders grow their skills and confidence!

Level 3 Coach
Aaron Bolshaw
Aaron has led Roseville High School MTB as head coach for the past few years with Team Director Ernie Tuttle and, more recently, Jason Browning. He is stoked to watch so many riders grow their skills and confidence and also to watch this team grow.
His daughter competed in the 2023 NICA Championships along with the most riders ever from Roseville High!
Aaron is looking forward to another great season this year. Go Tigers!

Level 3 Coach
Ernie Tuttle
Ernie is a level 3 Coach and a prior team director. Competitive sports are a core part of the Tuttle family. Ernie recently completed an Iron Man competition where he got to practice running and swimming skills in addition to his excellent cycling.
His twins are student riders on the team and have been with the team since they were Junior High students. We are all looking forward to watching them continue to develop their skills and confidence in their high school years!

Level 3 Coach
David Conley
David is an accomplished cyclist, recently completing the 100+ mile long "Death Ride" in the California Alps.
His RV, Zen, is a welcome fixture on the race weekends where Coaches and riders camp out while preparing for their events. His oldest son is a prior student rider on the Tiger Team and is an excellent cyclist in his own right. David is an encouragement to the students and fellow coaches and is a greatly appreciated team member.

Level 1 Coach
Aidan McLeer
Aidan McLeer is in his 3rd season with the Tiger Team, and his progression as a rider has been awesome—plus he’s rolling on a sick new bike this year. Unfortunately, an unforeseen illness has limited how much he’s been able to ride this season, but he’s still very much part of the team and brings a ton of value whenever he’s out there. GO TIGERS!

Level 2 Coach
Danielle Crandell
Danielle is in her second season as a coach, and her growth as a rider has been nothing short of awesome she’s made big leaps in confidence and skills and has leveled up to Coach Level 2 this season. Danielle brings a positive, learning focused energy to every ride and is always having fun while picking up new skills along the way. GO TIGERS!

Level 2 Coach
Matt Fahner
Matt is back for his second season with the team, and he’s quickly become an awesome contributor and natural leader. This year you’ll often find him helping “crush miles” with our advanced riders steady pace, great attitude, and always looking out for the group.
Matt has been riding for 15 years and joined the Roseville Mountain Bike Club to support his son’s growing love for the sport and to jump back in himself. He’s happiest outdoors with good people, whether that’s on a bike, playing basketball, or out on the golf course. We’re grateful to have Matt on the coaching crew. GO TIGERS!

Level 1 Coach
Eric Conley
Eric Conley is a proud former student-athlete returning this season to give back to the team that helped shape his love of cycling. An avid road racer and mountain biker, Eric brings a racer’s mindset, a calm presence, and a deep knowledge of bikes to every practice and race weekend. You’ll often find him in our Pit Zone keeping things running smoothly dialing quick fixes, helping riders troubleshoot mechanicals, and making sure everyone gets back on course with confidence. We’re stoked to have Eric back in the mix welcome home, Eric! GO TIGERS!

Level 1 Coach
Oliver Isidro
Oliver Isidro has been a steady presence on the team for the last three years, bringing strong fitness, great vibes, and a serious love for the ride. An avid road and gravel cyclist, Oliver is always putting in the miles and you’ll often spot him at local TBF races, absolutely crushing it. Whether he’s lining up to compete or showing up to support teammates, Oliver brings a hardworking, positive energy that makes our squad better. GO TIGERS!

Level 1 Coach
Jessica Barber
A former team captain, Jessica Barber returns for her second season as a Level 1 coach. Jessica brings contagious stoke for mountain biking, a love of camping, and a passion for supporting teammates especially on race weekends, where she’s a familiar face helping our racers warm up in Pit Zone.

Level 1 Coach
Nicole Vanwig
Nicole Vanwig joined our team family last season when her son, Justin, became a rider and she quickly became one of those “how did we ever do this without you?” parents. Nicole was always ready to jump in and help with the many moving parts that make race days happen, from the small details to the big lifts. This year, we’re excited (and honored!) that she’s stepping up even more by joining us as a Level 1 coach and getting out on the bike herself. We’re lucky to have Nicole’s positivity, reliability, and team first spirit in the mix. GO TIGERS!
